T-shirt: Something Woke Up (dragon and flowers) 

花は振る Hana wa furu 

ヒビ、雨を待つ Hibi, ame wo matsu

なぞ覚めた Nazo sameta

The flowers wave. (or move or undulate as one)

Cracks wait for the rain.

Something woke up.

It's not a traditional haiku. It does follow the 5,7,5 rhythm.  It's also non-standard Nihongo. However,  Matsuo Basho (1644-1694), the father of this poetry, often used non-traditional Japanese and often did not mention seasons in his beautiful in-the-moment nuances.
